Puppy Viewing Appointments
A $25 appointment fee is required to schedule a puppy viewing. All appointment fees are non-refundable once the appointment is scheduled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Puppy Reservations
A puppy reservation is considered confirmed once a deposit has been received to place a specific puppy on hold.

All puppy reservation deposits are non-refundable. By placing a reservation, you acknowledge that the puppy is being held for you and may no longer be offered to other prospective families.
